Each smartwatches and accessory that contain batteries purchased from FANY's official website comes with a 24-month warranty, while accessories such as watch bands and charging cables are covered by a 6-month limited warranty. We also provide a lifetime customer support service. If you have any questions during use, please feel free to contact us through your order page or via our support team — we will respond within 24 hours.
Return Application Process

Find the order ID in the list
Send your return request to support@fany.us with the order number, the product you are returning, and the reason for the return.
Returns
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product. If the order is returned after the specified return window, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. None of these rules affects your statutory rights.
All products ordered from fany.us can be returned except for gift cards.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Products must be returned in their original physical condition with all accessories, documentation, packaging, and promotional items.

Refund Policy
All products undergo strict quality checks. If you are dissatisfied with a product due to quality issues within 60 days of receipt, you may request a return and refund. Contact support@fany.us for the return address before shipping. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund and return the amount to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Refund Inquiry
If you haven’t received the refund, first verify your bank account details or contact your card issuer to check the progress (refunds may be delayed). If it still hasn’t arrived as expected, email support@fany.us for assistance.
